You can add information to supercharging parking. It is paid parking 24/7. Here are current parking fee rates from summer 2023.

On this charger you can add info that charging is free 24/7
On this charger parking is also free 24/7. There is also a small lounge where you can sit and eat your food inside.

Supercharger in Roosendaal, Netherlands opens in 1 hour. (I was already charging there but was sent away, apparently they were still testing But they told me it would open within the hour)
