Normal, IL – There was a fire in one of the transformers that serves this station last month and the site is non-operational. It should be marked as Temporary Closed until it is returned to service. Source
Greensboro, NC – This location should also be marked as Temporary Closed. The Sheetz store that is hosting these chargers is undergoing a complete demolition and rebuild for renovation since at least June and this has made the superchargers inaccessible. Source

Grünheide, Germany (at Giga Berlin site) has currently “permit” status.
Do pictures of the chargers having been delivered change it to “construction”?
Looks like only 6 stalls instead of 8 as currently listed.

yeah correct… i recently reported a too high number for emsbüren
Supercharger in St-Liboire, Quebec, Canada, construction begun yesterday, excavation begun this morning and power transformers were being delivered on site.

Looking at the picture again, I think those are temporary palette chargers, possibly for the Giga Berlin Opening Party.
