Greensboro, NC – This location should also be marked as Temporary Closed. The Sheetz store that is hosting these chargers is undergoing a complete demolition and rebuild for renovation since at least June and this has made the superchargers inaccessible. Source

Supercharger in St-Liboire, Quebec, Canada, construction begun yesterday, excavation begun this morning and power transformers were being delivered on site.
Looking at the picture again, I think those are temporary palette chargers, possibly for the Giga Berlin Opening Party.
