Would be nice to add a new watchdog feature for notification subscribers about filtered changes.
Current state
To watch for changes in my country, I currently need to manually monitor the page all the time until a change happens.
Requested state
Add the ability to set up a filter (for example, by selecting a country) and choose a notification channel — such as email, Slack, or mobile push. When a change/update occurs in the filtered data, a notification with the details would be sent to the subscriber via the chosen channel.
