Remove the “Permit” pin for the site at 858 South Oxnard Boulevard, Oxnard, California 93030 U.S. Nothing should be at that location. Delete it. I am an Oxnard resident and EV owner. I personally went to the City of Oxnard on September 9, 2026 and spoke with a planner. She told me the City denied the permit application on January 15, 2026. The original application had been submitted more than two years prior, 12/23.. The applicant did not file e a resubmission with the recommended corrections within the six month deadline. The original application was submitted using the 2022 codes. Now any new resubmission would have to be redone using the new 2025 codes.
