New station with 12 v4 stalls under construction in the Redwood Marketplace shopping center at 830 Gravenstein Hwy N, Sebastopol, CA 95472.
I tried digging up permits but no luck so far.

Thank you @hptasins . I went looking and found this permit, although not much to go on, the contact has a tesla email.
I’ve added the site to supercharge.info and created a thread over at TMC.
