I recently received these photos. The concrete bases are different than usual. This could be the first V4 Supercharger station in Italy. According to Tesla’s website the opening is planned for Q1 2024.

Official name on the app and maps is “San Giuliano Milanese, Italy” and according to Tesla App is open to public including all vehicles
It looks like 8 new stalls are being added.
The expansion is now completed, 16 stalls instead of previous 8.
