I spoke to the man from the construction site (he builds them all over the Czech Republic for Tesla).
The first phase is planned to have 16 V4 chargers.
They could be up in a month. They see the problem in the connection and its approval. They will try until the end of the year. The problem is that it could take half a year.
The second phase, if it happens, is to expand to about 24 chargers.

Whether it will be a V4 with 250kW or 500kW is not yet known. No racks and cabinets have been imported yet. By which one could tell. But I assume that if Liberec and České Budějovice are 500kW, this one will also be 500kW.
