Haarlem, Netherlands v4 is up and running.
It’s present in the Tesla app, not yet in-car. Charging works.

Appeared a few hours later in the in-car navigation as well. So fully operational:-)

Quite a busy site by now, I remember the days when me and my car were the only ones there haha. I charge here regularly (not charger at home) and right now it’s waiting time during most human hours of the day and in the weekend. I hope Tesla expands this site soon, because with Badhoevedorp also being busy it’s not possible to just drive up and plugin anymore. There’s three v4 cabinets, so it should be technically possible to expand with 12 stalls more. If there’s place, permits and power of course…
These are the V3 cabinets not the V4 (there are none of this out yet) so they are at there max here.
Aha, that’s separate! Didn’t know, the versioning is separate for stalls and cabinets, but similar in numbering. 
Should have Grokked it a bit more in detail while waiting in the queue there
