We are aware of the grey pins on Teslas’s website but as you can see, the exact timing and location is “subject to change” (Orario e luogo soggetti a modifiche).
We don’t include locations here until we know the exact location, i.e. evidence of construction activity or a public permit.
Allow me to quote myself from a recent post:

For a location to be added here, we need evidence of construction activity or at least a permit (could be a newspaper article mentioning a specific location, for example, or publicly available permit documents). The purpose is to show what Tesla is actually doing and not what they are (in theory) planning to do.
If you want to know what Tesla is planning to do (or was planning to do when they last updated their map), check their website.
