Hey all, I stumbled upon this site when adding the next door BP Pulse station to OSM:

I checked supercharge.info, the Alternative Fuel Data Center by the US Department of Energy, Tesla’s find a location, and AllThePlaces Tesla web scraper. None seem to have this site at a Hertz. Street level imagery places the starting date between Feb 2023 and Nov 2024, so prior to any “Supercharger for Business”. 4 seemingly V3 stalls (though I admit I am no expert in determining V2 from V3.)

Any other place where I may be able to find info on this site?

Have confirmed on the ground as Hertz only, and found a (seemingly filtered out) PlugShare listing: PlugShare - Find Electric Vehicle Charging Locations Near You so mystery solved!
