I watched the YouTube video referenced on that page and he shows that the new V3 chargers are lit up, but it doesn’t say that the old V2 pallet Supercharger will be removed. Has that been confirmed anywhere?

no official confirmation but should be the case
The video shows they’re still there. They are free-of-charge dev/service-chargers and won’t necessarily be removed until they need the pallet somewhere else.
