I’m fetching over the Tesla API the occupancy of the nearby Superchargers. My Idea is to have historical data to the available stalls, and use the for rough planning. to have this kind of information just on my local database is not usefull for others, and the data is limited to the nearerst 4 SuC.
My Suggestion is to have such kind of data on a already existing plattfom like supercharge.info/abetterrouteplaner/teslafi
Easiest way to fetch that data is over the API with the Tesla Credentials. But not alle Users are happy with that. Therefore i would suggest 2 different Interfaces.
- Store Credentials (or Token) and fetch the date by the platform it self
- offer a easy REST Interface to send data to the plattform.
What do you think about that idea ?
