I see that we sometimes learn about dialogue between Tesla and hotels/restaurants/etc about installing a supercharging location on their parking lot (we are not talking about destination chargers here - even if hotel and restaurant people often does not see the difference).
I suggest we add a level before “permit” named “dialogue” where the dot will indicate that we have understood that Tesla has an active dialogue with landowner to establish a supercharger location.
