Those aren’t new locations, this is a public tender to upgrade some of the last remaining v2 locations to v4.
It’s good news though!

The right position should be:

In your map “Cafe del Sol Lünen” is in Moers and has the address of “Cafe del Sol Moers”
So you can change the name from “Cafe del Sol Lünen” to “Cafe del Sol Moers”, because “SuC Cafe del Sol Moers” is also in Development like Lünen.
.
Again, the address is correct for Moers!
