Someone on the Tesla Model 3 Facebook group posted a picture of the Supercharger in El Centro on Wake Avenue with construction appearing mostly complete. The picture is along the side of a Sushi Park, whose address according to Google is 330 Wake Avenue. The picture does not line up well with that location, however. The FB poster said that the location of the supercharger is between Panera and Khan Korean BBQ to the west of Sushi Park. That site works well with Google street view except for the name of the restaurant. The address appears to be the same at both locations even though they are on opposite sides of 4th Street.
