Update: I was given a location just across from Jebel Ali. Still not sure if it is correct though. If anything comes on from Tesla, it is probably for this location

Good find! I notice the official Tesla site has named the other one “Jebel Ali - Northbound” - given this location at the same location on the opposite side, I think it makes sense to be named “Jebel Ali - Southbound”.
