Watertown Municipal Utilities in Watertown SD (605-882-6233) has a permit for a new Tesla supercharger in Watertown. The permit was issued last year. I spoke with an engineer there who confirmed the chargers would be located at Hy-Vee in the NW corner of the parking lot. Due to Covid, they delayed the construction till this spring. supposed to be 8 chargers.
